Requirements
- Technician
This course will teach you how to use AMI under the Senior Technician Role within the software. This role is an elevated status of the Technician Role. If you have not taken that course, you will want to do so before taking this course. We will cover what features are allowed for your role and what features are read-only based on the default permissions settings. If your permission structure is different than what is defaulted, please check other courses to learn more. If your duties include more than what is outlined in the course, please refer to our online reference manual.
CERTIFICATION
Once you have completed this course you will be evaluated with a quiz. You will need a passing grade of 70% in order to complete this course. Upon successful completion, you will be able to download and print your completion certificate.
